This herbal formula, made from natural ingredients, is intended to aid with issues related to hyperactivity, attention, and concentration.

ADHD, or attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, is a mental health condition characterized by a persistent pattern of inattention and/or hyperactivity-impulsivity that interferes with daily functioning. This condition is typically diagnosed in children, but can also affect adults. People with ADHD may have difficulty sustaining attention on tasks, organizing activities, or following through with instructions. They may also struggle with impulsive behavior, such as interrupting others or acting without thinking, and may appear restless or fidgety. These symptoms are often more severe than what is expected for someone of the same age and developmental level.

ADHD is associated with changes in brain function that may be caused by abnormalities in cell membranes, blood flow, and levels of neurotransmitters like dopamine and norepinephrine. Stimulant medications like Ritalin® can increase the release of these chemicals in the brain. However, many psychotropic drugs have limited efficacy, safety concerns, and high costs, highlighting the need for safer, more effective, and more affordable treatments for mental illnesses. Despite decades of research and industry funding, the evidence supporting the use of widely prescribed medications for conditions such as major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia is not strong. As a result, more people with mental health issues are turning to complementary and alternative medical (CAM) practitioners, such as Chinese medical practitioners, naturopathic doctors, herbalists, chiropractors, and homeopathic physicians, for treatment.

ADHDone Ingredients:

  • Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine)
  • Dry saffron extract
  • Dry American ginseng extract
  • L-glutamine amino acid
  • Vitamin B3 (Nicotinic acid)

ADHDONE works by modulating GABA transmission in the brain, independent of monoamines.
It achieves this through a number of mechanisms, including binding to the GABA transporter and acting as a 5-HT2B receptor antagonist.
In preclinical studies, ADHDone has been shown to enhance GABAergic inhibitory transmission in striatal medium spiny neurons via presynaptic mechanisms, without affecting dopamine, norepinephrine, or serotonin levels. It does not bind to the transporters for these monoamines, nor does it work through the metabotropic glutamate receptor.

ADHDone presents numerous benefits in comparison to other ADHD medications. These advantages include better tolerability, no impact on appetite, absence of mood-lowering effects, avoidance of irritability, and no cardiovascular or abuse potential. It is also administered at a fixed dose, without the need for dose titration.

Additionally, ADHDone has been shown to reduce Akt and ERK hyperactivation, which may be beneficial in ADHD.

These features make ADHDone an attractive treatment option for ADHD, particularly in light of the rising use of methylphenidate and other monoamine-based medications. Clinical studies have shown that ADHDone has an efficacy of over 80%.

The effect is felt within about 3-4 weeks (Although the overall feeling will be improved within an hour).
Duration of treatment: 6-7 months (Effective for several years)

In a span of 3 to 5 weeks, you will begin to notice enhancements in concentration, memory, immune system fortification, and an overall improvement in your mental state.

We suggest initiating the treatment for a duration of two months. Following the onset of noticeable changes and improvements, it is advisable to proceed with the complete treatment (A total of 6-7 months).

Directions:

Once a day, on an empty stomach, mix one ADHDone bag with a half glass of water, or juice and drink it on an empty stomach.

The powder has a subtle herbal flavor, best when mixed with juice (avoid boiling under any circumstances).

  • Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine): If a child has a known deficiency of B vitamins, supplementation may be helpful. Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) is essential in the manufacture of many neurotransmitters that are important for healthy brain function, with potential applications for fighting ADHD. One study found that vitamin B6 supplements were as effective as Ritalin® in decreasing hyperactivity and that the vitamin's effects persisted even after supplementation was stopped. (According to inner research of Homeotreat).

Dry saffron extract: The bioactive constituents of saffron increases reuptake inhibition of dopamine and norepinephrine and function as both N-methyl D-aspartic acid (NMDA) receptor antagonists and GABA-a agonists. Both mechanisms are believed to mediate beneficial effects on symptoms of inattention. (According to inner research of Homeotreat).

Dry American ginseng extract: Ginseng is primarily investigated for its therapeutic effects on diseases of the central nervous system (CNS), including Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, cerebral ischemia, depression, and other neurological disorders such as neurodevelopmental disorders. Its effects are mediated through various target pathways and molecules, ranging from neuroprotection and synaptic plasticity to neuroinflammatory processes and neurotransmitter release regulation. These multiple sites of action contribute to the multi-target formulation of ADHDONE, as even a single ginsenoside compound can produce effects on numerous sites.

L-glutamine amino acid: Glutamine is an amino acid (a building block for proteins), found naturally in the body Glutamine is also used for attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
There is increasing evidence that abnormalities in glutamate signaling may contribute to the pathophysiology of attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Impaired glutamate signaling is another possible underlying abnormality in (some cases of) ADHD, and an emerging treatment target.
Glutamate is an amino acid involved in excitatory neurotransmission. Further, glutamate and dopamine interact, with glutamate modulating dopamine release in corticostriatal pathways and vice versa. Most beliefs on glutamine stem not from studies that glutamine itself works, but from the results of GABA on anxiety. GABA is a neurotransmitter formed from glutamine that is known to have anxiety-reducing benefits. GABA itself is affected by several anxiety drugs in order to produce these anxiolytic effects.

Vitamin B3 (Nicotinic acid): Vitamin B complex plays an important role in the functioning of the methylation cycle involved in monoamine oxidase production, the synthesis of DNA, RNA, protein, phospholipids, and cell repair. The methylation cycle ensures proper immune function and inflammatory balance, maintains DNA, provides energy, and balances mood behaviors.
Lowered methylation function is associated with a range of chronic conditions, including numerous neurological conditions, such as autism, schizophrenia, Alzheimer’s disease, psychiatric disorders, mood behaviors and depression.
